Some of you already know me and know I’m always looking for the simplest, most efficient ways to add value for my clients. Custom tools work, I still use them, but setting them up, especially when handling multiple extractions, such as qualifying questions, can be a challenge.

and I stayed up on a call late brainstorming, and we came up with a great solution using a familiar tool: Create_notes. While this might not be essential for us as agency owners, it’s an excellent option for our clients.
