Hi Jon! Hope you’re doing well. I’ve been reading your posts on here recently. I bought the renew life ginger supplements and took 2 for the first time in the morning after having a big glass of hot water, followed by my breakfast and I was actually emptying my system out. Before finding you I would use a laxative every couple of weeks to hopefully cure my constipation but they never cleared out as much as the ginger. I’ve been still using the ginger supplements every morning and I’m not getting the same results. I’m really frustrated and sad because I thought that I was finally getting somewhere. Any suggestions please!
