What Is Constipation Costing You?

Has anyone here tried peptides specifically for improving gut function? If so, which ones did you try, what did they help with, and is there any specific advice or caution you’d share?

I've researched this but haven't tried them yet. I'm going to start with bpc-157 because it has a lot of research and positive anecdotal reports. Anybody have a favorite source? Top Peptides for Gut Health: BPC-157 (Body Protecting Compound): Derived from gastric juice, this peptide accelerates healing in the gut lining, acts as an anti-inflammatory, and aids in treating ulcers and IBD. KPV: A small peptide derived from -melanocyte-stimulating hormone ( -MSH), it strongly reduces inflammation and calms the immune system, particularly useful for IBD and fighting infection.
