Fasting (mention of me doing dry)
There was a mention that id do better with dry fasting. Am i doing a day or so dry fasting, instead of water fasting? Then juice fast? What is the best for me at this time please?

You can start with dry and break your fast with water then brew your fast with juice after. The durations will depend on how much you and your body can tolerate ❤️

DAY 1 — WATER FAST BEGINS 💧
Alright guys… we’re here. Day 1. Take a moment and really feel that. This isn’t just about not eating. This is where things start to shift… physically, mentally, and deeper than most of you even realize yet. This is where the body begins to soften. Where digestion slows. Where your system starts opening. And when that happens… things come up. Not just hunger. You may feel: – resistance – irritation – fatigue – cravings – emotions out of nowhere – thoughts trying to pull you out of this This is normal. This isn’t your body “failing” you. This is your body revealing to you. All the buildup… All the stored trauma… All the programs tied to food, comfort, control… It starts surfacing when you stop feeding the system the way you always have. So today is not about being perfect. It’s about awareness. Watch what comes up for you. Observe it without reacting. Don’t panic when your mind starts negotiating with you. That’s not you. Hey loves 🤍 Tomorrow we begin our water fast together… and I just want to check in with all of you. How are you feeling? Are you excited? Nervous? Resistant? What are you already moving through right now? I’ve been feeling into the group and I can sense that some of you are already experiencing resistance, emotions coming up, maybe even doubt or fear… some scarcity issues and that’s completely okay. This is part of it. Anytime you’re about to shift your body, your patterns, and your connection to self in a deeper way… things will come up. Programs will try to keep you where you are. The body might react. The mind might get loud. But this is exactly why we’re doing this 🤍 So if anything is coming up for you, please share it in here. Don’t sit with it alone. Let’s move through it together. @Neetika Kathuria this isn’t fully a true fast, but it’s still a great start and I love that you’re easing yourself in 👌🏼 If you feel called to challenge yourself, try moving into just liquids, juices if possible, and see how your body responds. That’s where you’ll really start to enter a deeper fasted state. But also do what feels best for you, especially if you’re working and need that support. Your body will guide you.
