Today was a big win for me
Today because they close the power at the plant where I work i had to change all my routine of cleaning. My body was so calm and relax even my routine was not like normal my body didn't freak or panic this is a big win for me because I don't like change but lately even when I do some change it like my nervous system it adjusting to it and it is wonderful because I never felt like this

How to calm my mind
How i could calm my mind for tomorrow that I am not worry I am just nervous because it is a new doctor and a new topic even do I am done with my relationship but my nerves system make me feel a bit insecure.

Hey girl! I just wanted to share something that helped me and hope it might help you too 🥰 What helps me calm my mind is getting into my body. Breathing deep...yes this typically ends up meaning I release tears 😅 but ultimately I then feel clearer and calmer and can make a grounded decision. So feel into what part of your body feels the fear. Breathe in for 4, hold for 4, breathe out for 6. Close your eyes and try to "zoom in" on the area of your body that is holding the fear. I hope this helps in some small way! Love you girl!!

I would set a timer for say 15 minutes and focus on this during that time. At the very least, it won't hurt you, and you might find it helps you think more grounded thoughts. I just had to do something similar to this this morning. Are anxious thoughts coming back? Yes... because I didn't know of this tool. But I now know there is something I can DO to breathe through some of the nerves. So now there is hope 🥰 and you know I am allll about creating authentic hope.
