@Elena Soloviev I really struggled in the past with being in my head especially during intimacy. Through years of exploration, i realised i was super disconnected from my body. There were some specific practices that I used but i dont think there was any official names for them. Or maybe there is but i cant remember.. 😅 But to give a overview there was alot of hip movement practices, really developing the sensations around the sacrum/pelvis. Then on top of that ive been practicing yoga and meditation for years which has also been super helpful. how about you?

@Elena Soloviev what changed the most is being able to experience peace right now. Not needing materialistic things to feel happy or fulfilled. Life is just good now, regardless of the shiny objects. The best moments are the most simplest ❤️
