Thanks Tracy and all others on the call. I’m fairly new to Spinal Energetics and working on not doing my go to and brushing off or ignoring my experience, instead learning to trust what comes up. Do any of you get visuals? Aaah I’ll share, even though it’s going to sound out there. I saw myself being dragged by a horse by my wrists and I was trying to hold myself up and was getting my forearms tore up by the ground. It was some sort of punishment. Someone bound my wrists with a rope and attached it to the horse. I’m not sure the reason I’ve been tied up and dragged like this. I’m not sure if this is a past life thing or symbolic. Have any of you experienced this before?

As a therapist loosing a client to death yesterday, let alone suicide, is a deep and complicated loss. Knowing everything about someone for 12yrs and yet not able to share that with anyone due to confidentiality. The levels of evil and torment I have heard from my clients makes me angry at those that harm and use children and people in horrific ways. So much pain. Prior to this, grief was being stirred in divorcing my toxic family. Now I have so much tightness and numbness under my ribs in solar plexus area. Trying to stretch and breathe and do all the things. Any words of advice to attend to this body sensation and grief is greatly appreciated. Grateful for this space, Amy Nistor
