Is there such thing as over exercising?
@Jeff Butterworth Hi Jeff, I’m one of those crazy people who loves exercise, I do 12-15k steps a day and I gym four times a week. I do suffer from burnout from time to time and have a dysregulated nervous system. I am doing some nervous system work but should I be having a rest day or keep going as I am?

I think there is such a thing. I know if we are pre menopausal the naturopaths on hhy talk about more gentle exercises like pilates stretching yoga weights. Maybe it depends on age .

3 month update.
Happy Sunday everyone. I thought I would share my message from the Universe today as a great one for everyone after the Live session last week. Yesterday I wore a pair of jeans I haven't worn for a couple years. Loose in the legs and fitted around the tummy area but for me that will be the last area to show a big difference after severe PCOS history and now perforated Sigmoid colon healing. 6kgs still only down so what is happening I am healing from the inside first to get to the outer layer as Jeff explained, and it was a big lesson in patience I learnt after my operation last year where I ended up with a massive hole in my stomach. The same healing process had to happen. I had a pump dressing for 5 weeks to make sure my wound healed from inside to the outside and closed up. I had it for 24 hours a day on and yes tested my patience but I healed quicker than they thought 3 months minimum. So this process we are doing the same, so for me it will take awhile because of my history right from when I was born. I have been lucky where sport from a early part of my life I was involved in. What I am enjoying now is taking all what I learnt and adding to getting more out of my workouts. My husband and I did competition Dragon Boating for 5 years and very lucky to have as our personal trainer a Exercise Physiologist that was part of our physiotherapist practice team. What we learnt about our bodies and LOL especially between my husband and myself and men vs women. Also how to work with old injuries, when we had current injuries etc to modify our exercise. How to change our workout if we weren't 100%. This is helping me over the last 3 months to get where I am now and going forward. 5 to 6 days workouts. Saturday morning I did what from my old Zumba days what we called a express 1/2 hr workout. So what I chose was a class that you did 5000 steps in 30 mins, no stops and every 45 seconds new exercise. LOL I was sweating in at 37% of the class done. (I use YouTube classes because I need to take my injuries into consideration working out until I build my body up). I have right from the beginning of the 3 months worn my Piloxing gloves which are 500g each glove. This is definitely helping with my toning of the arms but I can also feel in my back shoulder blades when I do certain exercises as well. First time for quiet a few years I have been able to have something different for breakfast other than my smoothie for breakfast so I now have my powders in a drink with my breakfast.

Mitochondrial/metabolic health and why it is SOOO important
Here is an article discussed in the recent live all. Understand this concept and you have the understanding to manage your health. 99.9% of people, even doctors do not understand the importance of this complex relationship. https://butterworthhealth.com/blogs/education/why-mitochondria-may-be-the-missing-link-in-modern-health

@Jeff Butterworth im into my 4th month now. The initial bottle of Reta is 3 months and maybe not doing much although I feel great body wise. Measurements are down. No weight loss for the last month and that's fine. Doing pilates x3 week at present . My question is should I just go to .02 even though the bottles over 3 months. I did .01 on Tuesday no real effect this time . If I do .02 say tomorrow can see if it does anything. If not the bottle needs throwing.

Catch UP
Hi Everyone. This Thursday at 7pm we will have another catch up. I will provide a link when going live so be in the group at that time. I have not decided on the topic yet however I would request you come with some courage to share some of your story. It would be great to have your involvement and connect people within the community more.
