HRV and nervous system balance
Here is an article on the importance of a balanced HRV and what it reflects in the body. ie nervous system balance which is a gateway to allowing the correct physiological functions to prevent metabolic disease and optimise mitochondrial function. Sorry, it seems the live video didn't save, so those that missed it will only have the article to reference. https://butterworthhealth.com/blogs/education/nitric-oxide-hrv-and-the-vagus-nerve

I love this and been doing it for a few years and box breathing. Every morning I do a simple kinesiology process called the Triple Warmer. Tracing meridians to release blockages and the stress response. I have a positive attitude as told at a young age, that sometimes if you can't do something you find another way to get there or how you do it. It is like even though I was in a serious situation last year, I took from it, it was not for life I was going to have a Stoma Bag. On Tuesday I was told I go in on the 19th for my Reversal. 9 months to the date. As I told those close to me that needs to know that it will be a major operation as because I have a lot of scar tissue and what original state my body was in, they have to open me up again along my 21 cm incision and could go longer this time. Out of concern even though they knew it is the end of this healing, comments were made how scary it was, cutting it fine to be healed before I go overseas etc which my positive response my body is totally different from the 1st procedure, yes cutting it fine but I do heal quick and no reason what this time is different etc but by end of the day, doctor said the will work something out it required etc but those comments did get to me and I got agitated so took myself into the bedroom and sat on the bed and 15 mins box breathing and humming to calm me down and all good that night to sleep and back on track with positive attitude. I also use this in hospital when medications agitated my body or my healing seemed to take ages. This is also used at present with the hugh changes in my work place and use it with my boss because to help calm her down as she is overwhelmed with what she has to do. Give yourself some time and you naturally do it without even thinking. My body & mind is a lot calmer now in general day to day life.
3 month update.
Happy Sunday everyone. I thought I would share my message from the Universe today as a great one for everyone after the Live session last week. Yesterday I wore a pair of jeans I haven't worn for a couple years. Loose in the legs and fitted around the tummy area but for me that will be the last area to show a big difference after severe PCOS history and now perforated Sigmoid colon healing. 6kgs still only down so what is happening I am healing from the inside first to get to the outer layer as Jeff explained, and it was a big lesson in patience I learnt after my operation last year where I ended up with a massive hole in my stomach. The same healing process had to happen. I had a pump dressing for 5 weeks to make sure my wound healed from inside to the outside and closed up. I had it for 24 hours a day on and yes tested my patience but I healed quicker than they thought 3 months minimum. So this process we are doing the same, so for me it will take awhile because of my history right from when I was born. I have been lucky where sport from a early part of my life I was involved in. What I am enjoying now is taking all what I learnt and adding to getting more out of my workouts. My husband and I did competition Dragon Boating for 5 years and very lucky to have as our personal trainer a Exercise Physiologist that was part of our physiotherapist practice team. What we learnt about our bodies and LOL especially between my husband and myself and men vs women. Also how to work with old injuries, when we had current injuries etc to modify our exercise. How to change our workout if we weren't 100%. This is helping me over the last 3 months to get where I am now and going forward. 5 to 6 days workouts. Saturday morning I did what from my old Zumba days what we called a express 1/2 hr workout. So what I chose was a class that you did 5000 steps in 30 mins, no stops and every 45 seconds new exercise. LOL I was sweating in at 37% of the class done. (I use YouTube classes because I need to take my injuries into consideration working out until I build my body up). I have right from the beginning of the 3 months worn my Piloxing gloves which are 500g each glove. This is definitely helping with my toning of the arms but I can also feel in my back shoulder blades when I do certain exercises as well. First time for quiet a few years I have been able to have something different for breakfast other than my smoothie for breakfast so I now have my powders in a drink with my breakfast.

Mitochondrial/metabolic health and why it is SOOO important
Here is an article discussed in the recent live all. Understand this concept and you have the understanding to manage your health. 99.9% of people, even doctors do not understand the importance of this complex relationship. https://butterworthhealth.com/blogs/education/why-mitochondria-may-be-the-missing-link-in-modern-health

Had a confidential meeting yesterday with my boss the FC as today the company I work for we are owned by a hugh US investment company. 90 days of transitional hard work ahead but no changes to our name as it is a investment company to grow us. A lot of changes ahead. No stress eating at all and calm and what wil be will be. Looking forward to catching up on the next one and watching the session last night.

Retatrutide and KLOW guidelines
Here is an outline of the dosages for the Reta and KLOW. A summary is we want to start on 1mg per week of the retatrutide and 1 mg of the KLOW daily. We can adjust the dosages individually based on your bodys response.

@Debbie Webb I have had to go to 8mm and on the list to advise when stock in. Ended up going with Chempro as in Qld so postage not to bad for a box of 100. Hopefully more stock before I need another box.
