New to Skool, already have paid community, need advice
Hey Skool fam, I’ve had a local networking community in Florida for over 2 years. We currently have over 150+ paid members currently on Discord and I’m moving it to Skool. Given that my community is mostly for networking, but I have and want to get more clients for my higher ticket marketing services. I’m struggling in making them aware of those services and upselling, which is vital for profitability. I guess my question how do you guys suggest one go about building a networking community on Skool and upsell some of those members into higher ticket plans that might not have anything to do with the original offer such marketing services. Should I have a Free Skool for marketing separate from my networking, and invite my paid members as well as free members to the marketing Skool and upsell them through the course content and value I would add. Or should I have my marketing content part of the paid networking Skool hidden behind a paywall where networking members would need to upgrade to have access. (I can’t have any free people on the paid networking Skool) This would really really help me and any advice on how you might have done it would be welcomed.
