KPI for Paid Ads
If you are looking to do paid ads for you or even for your clients, I highly recommend doing it because it has on average ROI of 3x per dollar. Meta and or Alphabet ad campaigns, you can freely choose which ads you want to do (facebook, instagram, google, youtube) you can all 4 if you have the budget. To see results I recommend spending $50/day for IG or FB ads, and $100/day for YT and Google ads. Here are some metric flows : Lead Flow (beginner) : 1. 5,850 Ad Impressions @ 2% CTR = 117 Ad Clicks 2. 117 Ad Clicks @ 35% Conversion LP = 40 Interested Leads 3. 40 Leads @ 15% ABR & 75% Appt SUR = 4 Show Ups 4. 4 Appt Show Up @ 25% CR = 1 Deal per week ($10k) Ad spent - $50-$100 per day or ± $500/week or $2000/mo Lead Flow (Average) : 1. 29,250 Ad Impressions @ 2% CTR = 585 Ad Clicks 2. 585 Ad Clicks @ 35% Conversion LP = 204 Interested Leads 3. 204 Leads @ 15% ABR & 75% Appt SUR = 22 Show Ups 4. 22 Appt Show Up @ 33% CR = 7  Deals per week ($70k) Ad spent - $300-$500 per day or ± $2,340/week or $10k/mo

Generate Leads and Sign Clients EASY
Have you been struggling finding leads? Because we all know that clients won’t fall from the sky… So let me tell you the ONLY 4 ways to find and acquire leads… 1. Cold outreach 2. Paid ads 3. Content 4. Referrals Let’s dive deeper on how you can actually get leads from these. So if you’re a total beginner, you should take advantage of creating content in long or short form to put yourself on the internet. Since if you’re not on the internet you’re basically a nobody. People are most likely to buy from someone they know, like and trust, so if you keep providing value to them, your calendar will get filled. People won’t pay for your services without proof of who you are and what you do. Some type of content you can do is documenting your life, like “Road to 10k/mo”, posting them 2-3x a week. Or provide actual value, giving away everything you know. If you keep gatekeeping all of your valuable information, how would strangers know that you know your shit? It also takes around 6-8 hours of content with value for someone to trust you and to be sold. Maybe you just got lucky, so explain it in detail. Become that authoritative figure in your niche. This where you can also nurture your leads. Next up Paid Ads. They’re very useful, and amazing to scale with a huge ROI (about 3x per dollar spent). But you need to know that if you don't have the budget of spending around $50-$100 on ads ($3k-$6k a month) then don’t bother starting yet. Then we have referrals. Pretty obvious ngl, if you give amazing results to your clients, they’ll let their friends know about you. Only works when your agency/business is starting to get off the ground. Now we’re only left with the “hardest” method… Cold outreach… If you haven’t signed your first client, they will be most likely to be someone in your personal network. Because they’re already a warm lead since they know and trust you. You can also find where your Ideal Customer hangs out, facebook, skool, forums.
