Which of these 3 titles makes you want to click most?
I’m about to upload my first YouTube video (ahhh!) and I’d love your input on the title before I hit publish. The video is about how I sold out my offer with one story, no ads, no big audience, using a simple storytelling trick.

I like #3 because you don't know yet how to sell (storytelling) Even so, why don't you try a shorter version like: "How I made $10K without ads/big audience" "How I made $10K without ads in 2025"

@Patricia Mooradian you're welcome. Could you drop your channel link? I'd love to subscribe and support you
Passed 15k in subscribers this week and started a community
It was a busy week. I finally hit 15,000 subscribers on my YouTube channel and took the next step of opening a community. It started as a disaster, though. I sent the invitation to my 1,500-person mailing list, and the link didn't work. It was so embarrassing. I'm pretty sure that affected my community launch, but we can't get that time back. We can just learn from our mistakes. My main takeaway: Always check your links before you send an email. Grateful for this community, while I don't always engage, just being here and seeing others pushing forward motivates me to do the same. Thank you @Alexa Saarenoja

This is great! Just checking out and you managed to get over 100 people in your community despite the link issue. Big congrats man! What plans do you have for this community? Are you planning to turn it paid or want to stick to one-time sales?

@Gil Kreslavsky I get it. Then you've chosen the best platform to do it. Nothing can beat Skool when it comes to audience engagement. That said, there are many other ways to accelerate that research phase. Have you tried anything else in the past?
Clipping long form to Shorts
Wondering if anyone has experience of clipping their longer form videos (for example through VidIQ), into shorts to then linking back to the longer form. If so, did it work and any tips? Thanks, David

@David Taylor , you're welcome I'm not planning to launch a channel yet. My focus is helping content creators turn subscribers into paying Skool members and joined the community to learn about the best strategies for it

Welcome
Growing your newsletter!
Hi all—I've been struggling with writing/keeping up with my newsletter and I know how important it is to keep writing it + I know a lot of people here have been struggling too. I spent some time working through it last week, and now I've gotten to a point where my weekly youtube video automatically gets turned into a newsletter and sent out to my list. Here’s a simple way I solved it for less than $20/m: 1. Make an account on make.com (this is where you will build it). 2. Make an apify account, this will help you extract info from the video. 3. Get a chatgpt api key and put about $5 on it, from there connect that api to a make.com module (I've included screenshots down below). 4. Build the workflow that I've attached in the screen shot and set the time frame that you want the automation to run. This should save you hours every week and fully automated your newsletter. (I've also attached an example of a newsletter below) If anything is unclear, let me know (I'm not the best at explaining things). Hope this helps you 🙏

Quick question man, how big is your email list? And how many sales are you getting from it?
