Two Phone numbers going to same Ai Bot?
I have a client with two locations and two different phone numbers to put on two different landing pages... Can I have a single bot answer both numbers (I would forward the two different GHL numbers to the same Assistable bot phone number)(I assume I can have two different GHL numbers forward to the same number... correct?) Or should I create two bots and just use the actual Assistable ai phone number(s) on the landing pages (vs. forwarding from a GHL number)?

the options you mentioned are accurate - you can forward the call to the assistant number or you can set up 2 assistant with the same prompt just change the location based on the number and assign bot with the numbers preferred
Fetch Conversation Logs
Does anyone have an efficient way to get the conversations logs from Assistable in an efficient manner? I want to send to an outside CRM.

I'm trying to use the Fetch conversation logs with no success it always return empty, i've setup a fallback save to notes step in GHL but it always return that the body was empty. does that mean the fetch didn't work? thanks

Switching to Twilio
Hi Everone, I reached out to GHL support to request switching a couple of sub accounts to Twilio from LC. They said my numbers will be released and I would have to either buy them or buy other numbers and go through A2P with Twilio as twilio has a diff policy than ghl. Anyone has gone through that and what has been your experience? Scared to start the process.

If you have LC numbers and you wanted to switch to Twilio without loosing them on changing the phone service provider, you have to contact GHL support so that they can give you your LCID which is the same Twilio AID(not visible even on agency owner, only GHL support can see this). You also need a active Twilio AID ready (this is where the LC numbers will be transferred to), meaning you already have an existing Twilio subaccount to where the LC numbers will be transferred to. may take 3-5 business days, then once you have the numbers transfered you can now contact GHL support to change the phone service provider from LC to Twilio, given that the transfer of numbers is a success. A2P wise, since it's transferring the numbers from one account to another, same goes with GHL transfering of numbers A2P numbers is no longer A2P'd you have to do A2P verification again.
