Switching to Twilio
Hi Everone, I reached out to GHL support to request switching a couple of sub accounts to Twilio from LC. They said my numbers will be released and I would have to either buy them or buy other numbers and go through A2P with Twilio as twilio has a diff policy than ghl. Anyone has gone through that and what has been your experience? Scared to start the process.

@Sean McGinnis They told me as soon as they switch you to twilio the number gets released. There is not way of transfering to twilio.

Anyone Using Linq With Assistable yet
I'm curious to know if anyone is currently using or has used Linq with GHL and Assistable, and if so, what are its limitations? What's not working with Assistable when using it?

Convert into Twillio
Has anyone done this before? I have a client using LeadConnector for SMS/calls, but now we’re offering them Voice AI. The guide says I need to convert the subaccount to Twilio (Australia) for the numbers to work. If I do that, the existing LC numbers get cancelled. How do I transition without losing the base number? SIP trunking is already set up — what else needs to be done?

@Sam S from what I understand, assistable works with SIP trunking and you need to set that up with Twilio, which means you buy the number on twilio and import to assistable. Which requires you to be on twilio on ghl instead of LC. Thus your LC numbers will be released. Can't be on both Twilio and LC. Correct me if I am wrong. This is what I discovered as I am doing the samething you are trying to do.

Random subaccount connecting to assistable
Hey, my account keeps on connecting to random ghl subaccounts and we keep getting blocked for reaching maximum. This is the second time we got this. Is anyone experiencing this and how to prevent it until we upgrade to unlimited subaccount?
