Just hit 1.5k members! Started a few months ago with no personal brand!
Hey everyone! Just hit 1.5k members inside my community today, it's been just a few months since I started at 1 member (me lol) and have grown reasonably quickly despite not having any big social platforms. I'm still a small fish in this pond, but I wanted to drop a quick gem for anyone who feels like they can't get started because they don't have a big enough following / personal brand. The truth is starting a Skool has advanced my personal brand, the 0 to 100 member journey may take a bit of leg work, but for me 100 - 1.5k has been 95%+ organic growth within Skool, I haven't seen organic growth this explosive anywhere else. If you putting it off because your waiting to scale your personal brand, my best advice would be take the opposite approach, it's literally what will create your most dedicated support base and advanced that personal brand of yours. It's a pretty big kick start :) Hope this hits somebody's ears at the right time! God bless 🀝

@Mark Redman Hey man, I've attracted a lot of guys in the 'growth operator' space, potentially from search but mostly from other likeminded communities in my niche where I had made value posts. From there as you can imagine organic growth becomes a compound effect of sorts!

@Mark Redman very well said brother!
Tracking the active members metrics...
Hey guys, Is the activity % metric in relation to active within your community or active on Skool in general? I'm assuming Skool in general? Could be way off so let me know. Secondly what kind of activity are you guys seeing? I'm interested to know as I don't have much to compare my data with and therefore don't really know how good/bad these metrics are! Cheers, have a great weekend everybody. God bless!

Ah I cracked the code to getting rich on Skool lol πŸŽ‰πŸš€
I've played around with different models for myself and clients for the past year... DWY, DFY, consulting, low ticket, MRR, high ticket, courses, coaching... you name it. I have no clue why it took me so long to realise, its actually rather simple (not easy, just simple). But once i installed this framework, my current revenue and projected revenue have sky rocketed. 1. Choose 1 specific avatar (any can work, but all won't! stick with 1) (most of you have ticked this box) 2. Identify every problem and roadblock this specific avatar faces when striving to achieve their goal. 3. Build a service that solves all of these problems (DWY + DFY + Consulting) 4. Repackage the service into a system by creating templates, SOPs and hiring talent. (scalable and duplicatable). @Alex Hormozi did this with Gym Launch: 1. He listed every single problem a gym owner has or will have. 2. He built a solution for every problem a gym owner has or will have. 3. Then, turned it into a $15k+ all-in-one no brainer system for gym owners to scale. Imagine back in those days he was also building a Skool community for gym owners and had a ton free value on scaling your gym + a strong community of gym owners. That's literally warm leads for a $15k+ offer on tap!!! This way he's giving the information away for free, and selling the implementation. Essentially this goes back to our framework - identifying 1 very specific avatar and solving all of their problems and implementing your system/solution for a premium. πŸŽ‰ Service = Good $, High service delivery (caps client bandwidth) System: Better $, Service delivery is slim to none, drag and drop the system, hire talent for fulfilment (unlimited clients) The catch is - it's near impossible to build a system without first doing it as a service, it's far more possible to slowly turn your service into a system using SOP's, templates & talent. Sure maybe there is a lower ticket or a monthly subscription available but I'm just focusing on your highest ticket all-in-one cash cow right now!

@Melvin Williams definitely a big source of inspiration to this post!
How I'm making $5,000/month from Skool affiliates (without effort)
Here are the 5 steps I follow to effortlessly make $5,000/month with Skool commissions. Step 1: Help someone. Whenever I ever see someone struggling with something, or if someone asks me a good question, rather than just DM'ing them the answer/solution, I'll make a video or write a post about it, then send them that piece of content and thank them for the idea. Step 2: Distribution. I then post that piece of content everywhere - my email newsletter, FB, YT, IG, etc. Step 3: DM's. People DM me because in the piece of content I made, I tell people to DM me if they want 1 on 1 help (for free) to set up their Skool communities properly and professionally. Step 4: The Arrangement I get someone on my team to arrange a Skool Set Up call (Zoom call) with them. Step 5: The Skool Set Up Call On the Zoom call, my team member has them sign up for Skool using my affiliate link, and then works with them for 30-60 min to set up their Skool community. I pay my team member $35 (nearly 100% of my first months aff commission) for this Skool set up job. Hope this helps! Ted P.S. If YOU need a Skool community properly and professionally set up, just DM me the word SKOOL and I'll set you up like the Skool Game Winners are set up at absolutely no cost πŸ’ͺ I'll even cover the $99 to pay for your first month of Skool πŸ’°

I turned $1000 to $500k, can I do it in Skool too?
πŸ€” I think it may take a little more of an investment but it will have a lot more potential due to being worlwide. I’m coming and bringing my team with me πŸ’ͺ🏾
