I caught whatever cold has been working its way through my family 😭 so resting for the next few days. Did get my morning walk in, despite the 9 degree temps! 🥶

I am still so freaking sick! Can't kill this thing, but I couldn't sleep, so I got up and got a little sweaty. Happy I was finally able to do something! Cheers to the slow road to recovery

I am tired! The last couple of nights, Riley has been waking at weird hours. I almost don’t get a workout in today, but still made it work. I go back to work after next week, and I am getting anxious thinking about how I’m going to make my mornings work with exercise and getting myself ready and both kids ready for the day. That week, I may need to take a break and focus on the morning routine. We shall see! shoulders, bis and tris today. I went with light weight first, then upped the weight a little. Felt good to go up in weight, but I also know I need to build the foundation of my strength before I can really push myself. In time!

Navigating illness here with Wesley, Glenn and I are so far still okay. Glenn grocery shopped. I did laundry and some small meal prep. I’m off tomorrow and have a spin class and therapy. Glenn’s mom is coming to stay with Wesley so that I can do those and I will probably do more meal prepping in between. I actually changed my alarm to 6am tomorrow which I never do because I like to stay on routine, but you all know I’m so far behind and need sleep catch up, so since soon isn’t until 9 I’ll move my lifting workouts back and try to sleep in!
