The Mondayest of Mondays
Fatigue is definitely worse today than yesterday which tracks for me for a few reasons: I haven’t actually had a real solid night of sleep (all my scores in Oura were “good” but my readiness has been low because my heart rate and temps are high overnight — my period is expected today or tomorrow… also definitely impacting my energy levels). The time change has me completely wiped on top of that and whatever Wesley shared with us has me starting with a sore throat… my workout felt Hardddddddd (total body week 8) May be moving my mobility to tomorrow (rather than Wednesday) and doing the bare minimum of 10 mins or so. reminder if you need it to take it easy, too. This week is a tough one for us all losing that hour of sleep. 💞😔

End of day update
Sat for most of the afternoon at the hospital with my dad. Still managed 8,600+ steps but I have to wonder how much more I could have had if I didn’t even sit for almost all of the 3.5 hours. He’s got to stay another night now because he woke up today ready to be discharged and then his heart started acting up (same thing happened a year ago when he had pneumonia). It seems a little less stressful than last time but still isn’t settling. Just trying to stay focused on the fact that he’s in the safest place to be right now while this is going on and stay positive

Decided to do Barre today downstairs in my office area bc I slept in a little and needed to keep an eye on the pups! Lots of pausing ha but got it done. Sweaty selfie brought to you from the bus stop 😂

Whatttt!!!! I’ve done this program (Job1) twice and never did this or knew it even existed! It felt verrrrryyyy slow but maybe that’s what I need. I don’t do slow but could benefit from it.
