Fatigue is definitely worse today than yesterday which tracks for me for a few reasons: I haven’t actually had a real solid night of sleep (all my scores in Oura were “good” but my readiness has been low because my heart rate and temps are high overnight — my period is expected today or tomorrow… also definitely impacting my energy levels). The time change has me completely wiped on top of that and whatever Wesley shared with us has me starting with a sore throat… my workout felt Hardddddddd (total body week 8) May be moving my mobility to tomorrow (rather than Wednesday) and doing the bare minimum of 10 mins or so. reminder if you need it to take it easy, too. This week is a tough one for us all losing that hour of sleep. 💞😔
