❤️ When was the last time you de-cluttered?
😍 This week is my de-cluttering week! 🤪 I'm late this year (I normally like to do it before all of the holiday season) but better late than never! So, today, I cleaned and reorganized my desk and the kid's toys. Tomorrow we do the kid's stuffed animals and our bookshelf. Wednesday we do the kitchen. Thursday is the bathroom. Friday is the bedrooms and our clothes. 🔥 Today we tossed a whole trash bag of stuff and I expect to do the same each day. 🎄 Then, we'll be ready to get our Christmas tree and decorate this weekend! 🙌 Woohoo! 👇Who else has regular de-cluttering weeks and when was the last time you did it?

I help women over 40 with ADHD and perimenopause build strength and confidence in their bodies within a few months without giving up their favorite foods, spending hours in the gym, or trying to force themselves into rigid routines that don’t fit their brains or hormones. Top 10 Fears 1. That they’ll never feel “in control” of their health or body again. 2. That menopause + ADHD make it impossible to stick with anything. 3. Losing muscle, strength, and independence as they age. 4. That they’ll always feel uncomfortable in their clothes. 5. Being seen as “lazy” or “undisciplined” because of ADHD struggles. 6. That exercise will lead to injury or pain, not progress. 7. That it’s “too late” for meaningful change. 8. That their energy will only keep declining. 9. Losing connection with who they are outside of being a mom/partner/worker. 10. That all their past failures mean they’ll fail again. Top 10 Frustrations 1. Diets that promise quick results but aren’t sustainable. 2. Confusing, conflicting advice online (especially for women 40+). 3. Workouts that feel designed for 20-year-olds with unlimited energy. 4. Hormonal changes that make their bodies feel unpredictable. 7. Being dismissed by doctors/trainers who don’t “get” ADHD or menopause. 8. Clothing fit changing month to month, adding to body frustration. 9. Feeling like they have to choose between family/work and taking care of themselves. 10. The endless “start over” cycle every Monday. Top 10 Desires 1. To feel strong, capable, and proud of their bodies. 2. To have a system that works with ADHD + hormones, not against them. 3. To enjoy food without guilt and still feel good in their skin. 4. To feel energized instead of drained. 5. To move through life with confidence (clothes, social events, intimacy). 6. To stay independent and active as they age. 7. To create consistency without needing perfection. 8. To be a role model of strength and resilience for their kids/family. 9.
