here some tips to grow your skilss 1. Protract first, lean second.Push the floor away before you shift your weight forward. If your shoulder blades aren’t spread, you’re not in a real planche position. 2. Lean more than you think. Most people tuck but don’t lean enough. The planche lives in the forward lean, not just in lifting the feet. 3. Posterior pelvic tilt is non-negotiable.Tuck your hips under. If your lower back arches, you’re losing core tension and shoulder stability. 4. Lock the elbows and grip the floor.Straight arms. Screw your hands into the ground and actively press. Passive arms = collapsing hold. 5. Train holds in short, quality sets.5–8 seconds of clean form is better than 15 seconds of survival. Stop when form breaks, not when ego breaks.

Not even close to fl differ innpatter and leverage Front lever = anti-extension pull pattern. Planche = anti-flexion push pattern. Different joint mechanics. Different scapular behavior. Different strength curves. Different neural demands. If you train them the same way, you’ll plateau in both. Master the pattern, not just the shape.

Session Summary Full Planche Focus Full planche singles performed at RPE 8–9 with consistent posterior pelvic tilt and protraction throughout. No visible technical breakdown across sets. Accumulated controlled volume through band clusters (RPE 7) to reinforce line integrity under submaximal load. Session outcome: stable neural exposure with preserved structure — ready to progress toward consistent 2-second unassisted holds next phase.
