My franchise experience
I opened my Fibrenew franchise about 18 months ago as a long time business development manager but a first time business owner. Choosing which franchise was a good fit took some time. I looked at several models myself, also got a franchise consultant , which I highly reccommend. He showed me other models based on our interview and I made my choice. I feel I am in a field that is recession resistant, and cannot be replaced by AI (although we have great AI tools to help us). It was about a 6-7 month process for me. I feel that I picked a great organization with tons of support and tools that really helped me transition from my corporate life. I'm happy to answer questions you might have if you are considering a franchise.🙂

@David Jones I did with my consultant and he recommended a spread of different concepts for me to look at and they were two of them that almost changed my mind about what to do. Everyone should take that assessment if you’re gonna go into business.

I made my mistakes too, and still dealing with them. Coming out of a corporate sales job. I grew my top line sales as fast as I could and overwhelmed myself took on way too much. I hired help prematurely and it really put me in a bind at the end of last year, so I broke it down back to myself And my two subcontractors and we have turned it in the other direction if you have enough financial dilemma like I was go ahead and message me if you wanna chat I’ll tell you what I did to get out of it
