Is it just me or the whole flipping to a hedge fund a lot more difficult than presented? I used the GTP for flip with rick and found some hedge funds to contact in my area. I have not heard back from any of them. I emailed and called, and left voicemails and nothing. I searched the skool to find leads on verified actual hedge funds, and kind of came up empty handed. I saw a lot of people saying that had one and would JV, but I'm nervous to go into business with people I don't know (no offense guys) Just looking for some guidance here for anyone that has gone down the path of Hedge funds.

Lets talk about teams for a minute. Part of my issue is that a lot of time it taken up with a 40 hour work week, and some times even more than that. There is also life events, projects, etc. I know, the excuses are piling up (facepalm) But one thing I have ALWAYS lacked was building a team. I have never built one, even in previous things like digital marketing ventures, etc. I work well on teams, and I have a vision, but I haven't explored the team building aspect to this industry. What parts did you hire for, and what parts do you do for yourself? Did you hire someone to cold call, to market, etc.

Ah, finally made it to level 3! First off, thanks everyone for the love. Second off, I'm still new here and one thing I have is hesitation to have conversations, so to quell this, I have been having conversations with people out of my market to gain my confidence. This seems to help, however I've noticed that the more days I go without talking deals, or properties, the rustier I become. What are your tips on consistency?
