Hedge fund troubles

Is it just me or the whole flipping to a hedge fund a lot more difficult than presented? I used the GTP for flip with rick and found some hedge funds to contact in my area. I have not heard back from any of them. I emailed and called, and left voicemails and nothing.

I searched the skool to find leads on verified actual hedge funds, and kind of came up empty handed. I saw a lot of people saying that had one and would JV, but I'm nervous to go into business with people I don't know (no offense guys) Just looking for some guidance here for anyone that has gone down the path of Hedge funds.
