Still new here, still making mistakes.
Ah, finally made it to level 3!
First off, thanks everyone for the love.
Second off, I'm still new here and one thing I have is hesitation to have conversations, so to quell this, I have been having conversations with people out of my market to gain my confidence. This seems to help, however I've noticed that the more days I go without talking deals, or properties, the rustier I become.
What are your tips on consistency?
