Building a Team

Lets talk about teams for a minute. Part of my issue is that a lot of time it taken up with a 40 hour work week, and some times even more than that. There is also life events, projects, etc. I know, the excuses are piling up (facepalm) But one thing I have ALWAYS lacked was building a team. I have never built one, even in previous things like digital marketing ventures, etc. I work well on teams, and I have a vision, but I haven't explored the team building aspect to this industry.

What parts did you hire for, and what parts do you do for yourself? Did you hire someone to cold call, to market, etc.
