AI in Design Sprints
AI comes to design sprints — a human-centred approach enhanced by AI technology. Yesterday I was part of an exclusive group that got early access to Autodesigner, Uizard’s new AI prototyping tool. Although still in Alpha, the demo was impressive, and the potential is tremendous, so we are adding this capability to our design sprint training program. Prototyping is a critical part of the design sprint but can be challenging for teams that lack the necessary design skills or resources. It is also time-consuming, which can be a significant obstacle given the tight schedule in a design sprint. But now, with generative AI's help, teams can quickly create professional-quality prototypes with a simple text prompt. This will save them significant time and effort while empowering them to create prototypes that accurately represent the ideas they came up with during their workshops. Below is my quick effort of using Autodesigner to put together a quick prototype announcing that AI prototyping is now included in Design Sprint Academy’s training. It took me two minutes, and I am not a designer by any stretch of the imagination.

Woah @John Vetan this looks amazing! I know Uizard is amazing -used it a couple of times- but this is on a whole new level.

@Nicolai Waldhauser lower learning curve for people with no design skills or sprint teams with no designers. Figma is always an option if someone fells confident with it
Where are you based?
Greetings everyone! 👋 I'm very curious in learning about the locations of the people in the community. Perhaps you'll also discover that there are more members from your area than you previously thought! (and even we may summarise the outcome in a visual, how cool would that be :-) )

Online check In/Out generators
It isn't always easy to come up with questions or activities for check-ins/outs. I've recently come across these two online generators: - https://checkin.daresay.io/ offers filters for creative, practical, and reflective questions. - https://tscheck.in filters between check-in/out questions and integrates with Slack. Hope it helps! 😉

@Chelsea Rink Awesome! 😊
How to run a remote sprint for multiple teams in parallel?
I'm curious about your experience (especially) in terms of ideal setup. 1. How many facilitators would you recommend facilitating for how many teams sprinting? 2. How do you facilitate it properly in terms of e.g. when do you put teams in breakout rooms? How do you effectively communicate the exercises when teams are in break-out rooms? 3. Does anyone have experience in the teams mainly guiding themselves through the sprint in a Miro board and being more there as a “backup role” for questions or when teams are stuck in certain exercises?

Hi, @Nicolai Waldhauser I've done similar to what @John Vetan mentions for the first case. With large groups -300 people my max- I asked people to co-facilitate for each group and help them with basic questions during the exercises, if the co-facilitator cannot answer then the question is escalated to the main facilitator. I know it's not ideal but we've managed to get pretty amazing results this way and of course, there's always room for improvement.
Team presentation dynamic
Hi! Next week I will start working with a company, facilitating OKR. They are a group of 30 people (managers and middle managers) and I would like to do some activity for us to get to know each other. What dou you recommend? Thank you! 💛

Two Truths and a Lie is a very interesting one to get people to know each other and to open up and share something really awesome/incredible about them. I once did it in a corporate webinar and the "most serious" manager in the company was the drummer of a punk band in his youth -no one believed him until he shared a picture. Here's how it goes: You ask participants to share 3 statements about themselves, 2 of which are true and 1 false. The others try to guess which one is the lie.
