First Auction Win: Wrapping it up at $174,000 in sales 🫠
@Marcus Karl and I are wrapping up our first auction this weekend. I was positive it would do well. But damn... I didn't think it would go this well. Believe it or not, this is my first time making money on a campaign! QLL deal in May: Flop Poll tap deal in June: Mega flop Auction in December: *Great Success!* (Borat voice) All I needed was a damn win. Now we're working on two more auction campaigns!

Congrats man! Nothing beats that first real win after grinding through failures
First auction campaign is looking pretty promising....
Still have about 4 hours left to go but I wanted to drop in and share my excitement. Very real possibility of pulling 6 figs on this one. Not bad for @Marcus Karl & I's first auction! LOOONNNGGGG writeup coming next week to share the good, the bad, and the ugly. :)

big thumbs up guys!
New partner agreed.
Agreed a new partner today, test with an auction. 10 mins into the coffee date she says what else can you do I don’t want to do just the auction with you. I’ll break down how I found her as well and everything in this post. A couple of weeks ago I went to a coffee shop with a pad of paper and a pen headphones and wrote down a list of everything I’ve bought course wise, all the niches I like, all the niches I know. Then all the people I have spoken to in those niches. I went and got a list of all these people by searching on google, Facebook, x the lot. Got their details and started messaging them. This lady has 175k socials, 70k email list. Highly engaged audience. I sent her…. Name, I think I can get you at least 50 leads for your painkiller course, all before noon. Reckon you could listen to an excited brit share a 3 min loom on how? She replied: sure I’ll bite, tell me how? Sent her a loom video explaining an auction, she replied it’s genius. She kept messaging me telling me how excited she was to actually speak with me. Had the call today, after ten mins she says what else can you do I want you doing everything you can for me - you are somebody who knows their shit. Wahhhhh hold on lady, you don’t get to marry me today…. You gotta wait. Let’s start with the auction. She’s got a big sale planned for next month which she’s scrapping and wants to do the auction instead all agreed and good to go. Now I just gotta get the ore auction posts and emails out and then see what we auctioning off. Here’s to a cracking end to 2025 and hopefully a good start to the new year.

Feels like a Win
Small win, but I'll take it. Have a friend who just finished writing his first book. He's looking for a partner who can help with getting it across the finish line. I took the bull by the horns and created a GPT that is now functional for anyone who has access to it. They can go to the link or website (similar to the Mini Monolopy AI Toolkit) and get live feedback as if they're talking to my friend. He was blown away by this and now I'm having the conversation to have him put QR codes/links in his book that will guide anyone who reads it to my services/products. At a minimum, this will be in front of 55,000 John Maxwell coaches in the next 12-18 months. A little slower than I'd like but I'm still working it. Never would have had the idea of ASKING to do this unless I was a part of this group. Feels good to use some of the skills I have to help a good dude get across the finish line on something he's always wanted to do. Hopefully more wins to come!

Congrats!!
Coffee Date Debrief ☕️ I'd love your opinion
Had a great first coffee date with a creator who’d be an amazing partner. Good vibes all around. On the call, he gave the verbal go-ahead for a test. I (foolishly) assumed that meant “sold.” I jumped the gun and asked for him to share some existing content and tee up a call with my partner this week (for us to get rocking with the test) and he's responded asking.. 'Do you have proven email sequences with strong conversion rates? If so, how many emails were in those sequences, what were the hooks, angles, subject lines, and what were the results (list size, click-through rate, conversions)? 'Do you have testimonials or case studies from other creators you’ve worked with?' So… not sold. 😅 He name-dropped (having learned from folks like) Amy Porterfield and Jeff Walker — so he knows his apples. He also asked what our marketing would do that his hasn’t. Which tells me he’s curious, but not convinced. I’ve got solid case studies (and so does my partner), but I don’t want to get bogged down proving every subject line. I’d rather run the test and let results do the talking, I did literally say this to him on the call. Here’s my question:👉 How do you respond in a way that keeps you in the investor / partner frame instead of dropping into freelancer / service provider mode? Trying to keep my Ronin detachment strong on this one.
