I stumped the dev team. Any ideas here?
I had a lead fill out a form to get a call to test the AI voice but found this error message in the execution logs. Assistable knows about it, but hasn't been able to figure it out yet. I tested it on myself and I'm getting calls with no problems on my own cell phone. Any help is greatly appreciated. FYI - The lead was a law office and he used his general 800 number to try to get the call. This is my suspicion at the moment. I tried asking GPT but it didn't help me identify the issue.

DNC has a different error code. I dealt with that last week. And the fact that this was a 800 office number makes me question if the cell phone companies are the culprit.
Snapshot Done - Awaiting Check By Team
Alrighty, I finished up the self-selling snapshot. Screenshots attached of a sneak peak. Im going to have the guys (and team) check my work tomorrow before we release it and add more failsafes (like accidental hangups etc) and get 'er launched. I'm gonna go spend some time with little man and will film and send out snapshot after someone else testing / breaking :) This includes 1 assistant with 3 states: evaluator, demo, and closer. Meant to actually extract information from a user, turn it into a usable demo (and send the demo) and then finish them with a closer agent afterwards. This also includes access to 3 unofficial apis: misspelling API, screenshot API, and webscrape API. These send a screenshot of the user's website and a quick blip to kick off the demo stage. I've also included some custom javascript to correct URLs from form fills (some people love to mess up their own website url..) A doc with prompts and instructions included. If yall want, I can throw in our demo landing page as well? dunno if you want that or not. tons of fun, looking forward to it

Anyone tracking GHLs massive AI employee overhaul??
Next week, GHL is unloading 300+ new features and many of them are directly related to their AI employee. Seems like ALMOST all the things that have made Assistable stand out, GHL will now bring in house. My question is, for those of you tracking it, what are your thoughts on ways to still target agencies and GHL users that want to wait to see the new AI Employee rollout before they look at Assistable? I have my own ideas but curious what the group thinks about this and how you plan to navigate it.

@Rick Weston seems like these rate limits will making selling voice even easier, or am I missing something? Do you mean assistable imposing rate limits like would be the battle??

Voice Not Calling Tool
I am trying to call a custom tool to send a SMS during the call. I have set this up before but now for some reason, it is only calling the tool during text/chat but when I call the AI it does not call the tool. Someone please help

I had a problem exactly like yours where I set it up, then had a problem replicating it. But I fixed it and would be happy to help share what worked for me. If you want to send sms during the call with context, you need to make sure 1) the payload getting sent from the call to GHL is correct and populated. 2) use the inbound webhook args in GHL to capture that info and place in “send sms” action. The field I map in my custom tool is sms_content. Make sure the payload from assistable to GHL contains a sms_content field and it is populated with the message you want to send. DM me to trouble shoot further. Sometimes the tool call will send the sms a couple mins after so if you want instant you might need to set up a direct API call instead. This is my personal experience and there may be others in the community who have better solutions. Also, you use the search tab in the community for a link to a support doc that goes deeper into this. You’ll have to dig a little but that’s what I did. Hope this helps
