Exact same ads on new account but barely any leads
Hi so I had an old client i worked with (only about 2-3 months ago) we were getting them great results alsmot $20-$30 per lead but they've switched to a different service. Recently I had a new client want to advertise for that old service, so I used the exact ads + copy I used previously plus I added a new video. But this ad account barely got any leads for some reason. Not sure what's going on?

what are the stats on the ads? what is higher? CPM? CPC? or ads not converting Compared to the old ones?

How to link different adsets to actual conversions & optimize?
Hi so I have always done dynamic creative but am not switching to 3 ad sets p campaign. Was wondering how do you actually link performance with different ad sets to results aka conversions. E.g. if it's a chiropractor i'm working with and i have 3 ad sets: 1. Chiro neck pain - skit style video ads 2. Chiro neck pain - scripted video ads 3. Chiro neck pain - video + image side by side ads Then lets say they all get leads, but of course a low CPL doesn't necessarily mean good quality. 1. Chiro neck pain - skit style video ads = 10 leads x $10 CPL 2. Chiro neck pain - scripted video ads = 8 leads x $15 CPL 3. Chiro neck pain - video + image side by side ads = 10 leads x $9 CPL And say 1. Chiro neck pain - skit style video ads = 4 bookings, 2 no show, no conversion 2. Chiro neck pain - scripted video ads = 3 bookings, all convert 3. Chiro neck pain - video + image side by side ads = 4 bookings, 2 no show, 1 conversion How do you know which bookings came from which ad set? Use a slightly different lead form? And how would you optimise from this point? Kill Ad set 1. and focus on Ad set 2. + Ad set 3. etc. Thank you

Use UTM codes to track which adset, and which ad each lead comes from. I use ClickMagick & I think Billy mentioned it the other day. And make sure your CRM records the UTMs on each lead, so you have their name, email and which ad they came from. Then if you do get feedback from your clients, on who converts the best.... You can manually cross check, or use a spreadsheet, or you can upload the offline data back into FB.
Anyone done leads for house builders?
I have a mate who works for a new home builder, works in a display home. All they can sell to is people who walk through the door. He asked if I could help get him leads to sell more homes. He gets 1.5% average build is around $500 - 750k So he earns $7500 to $10k per sale. I quized him on the best type of buyer, first home buyers, or downsizers. etc. He said the best ones, are the Knock Down Rebuilds. So older people with money, who already have a house (on the Gold Coast) who want to knock it down and build a new one.
Leads Are NOT All Created Equal (And Neither Are Clients)
Let’s get real for a second: Leads ain’t leads ain’t leads. Not all leads are equal. Not all clients are equal. And if you treat them like they are, you’re setting yourself up for a world of pain. Here’s the deal: If you want to build a real PPL business (not just another “me too” agency), you need to get laser-focused on three things: 1. Pick the right industry. 2. Dial in the right market segment. 3. Go deep on the right niche (and sub-niche). This is non-negotiable if you want to win. Here’s where most PPL agencies screw it up: They chase the same “leads” as every other agency and every big lead-gen shop (think Leadify, etc). Everyone piles into “homeloan refinance” because it looks easy. “Everyone else is doing it, how hard can it be?” Spoiler: That’s a race to the bottom. You end up fighting on price, slashing your margins, and working your ass off for scraps. Worse: Clicks are easy to get. But clicks cost you money. And most of those “leads” are just tire-kickers. They want to know the best rate, or what their house is worth. They’re not buyers. They’re not refinancing. They’re a giant waste of your time, energy, and ad budget. So why would you go through all the effort of building a brand, running ads, and setting up funnels… …if you’re just going to chase the same low-quality leads as everyone else? You need to offer something different. Something buyers actually want. You need to attract real buyers, not “looky-loos.” This is one of the biggest mistakes I see new PPL agencies make—and it’s exactly what I help my clients fix. Here’s what I’m doing: I’m taking ONE person under my wing for 7 weeks. I’ll help you grow your PPL agency to $50k–$100k/month. You’ll get every tip, every trick, every shortcut I know. Pushed. Now if only I could pick the right niche. I have a old agency client re-connect this week. He wants me to build a book a call lead gen funnel and run ads for his sales team. Hes selling a $25k Mastermind to entrepreneurs in the US. Trying to decide if its a good opportunity, or should I just be focused on building something I can sell to multiple companies.
