Exact same ads on new account but barely any leads

Hi so I had an old client i worked with (only about 2-3 months ago) we were getting them great results alsmot $20-$30 per lead but they've switched to a different service.

Recently I had a new client want to advertise for that old service, so I used the exact ads + copy I used previously plus I added a new video. But this ad account barely got any leads for some reason. Not sure what's going on?
