Anyone done leads for house builders?

I have a mate who works for a new home builder, works in a display home.

All they can sell to is people who walk through the door.

He asked if I could help get him leads to sell more homes. He gets 1.5%

average build is around $500 - 750k

So he earns $7500 to $10k per sale.

I quized him on the best type of buyer, first home buyers, or downsizers. etc.

He said the best ones, are the Knock Down Rebuilds.

So older people with money, who already have a house (on the Gold Coast) who want to knock it down and build a new one.
