How to link different adsets to actual conversions & optimize?
Hi so I have always done dynamic creative but am not switching to 3 ad sets p campaign. Was wondering how do you actually link performance with different ad sets to results aka conversions.
E.g. if it's a chiropractor i'm working with and i have 3 ad sets:
  1. Chiro neck pain - skit style video ads
  2. Chiro neck pain - scripted video ads
  3. Chiro neck pain - video + image side by side ads
Then lets say they all get leads, but of course a low CPL doesn't necessarily mean good quality.
  1. Chiro neck pain - skit style video ads = 10 leads x $10 CPL
  2. Chiro neck pain - scripted video ads = 8 leads x $15 CPL
  3. Chiro neck pain - video + image side by side ads = 10 leads x $9 CPL
And say
  1. Chiro neck pain - skit style video ads = 4 bookings, 2 no show, no conversion
  2. Chiro neck pain - scripted video ads = 3 bookings, all convert
  3. Chiro neck pain - video + image side by side ads = 4 bookings, 2 no show, 1 conversion
How do you know which bookings came from which ad set? Use a slightly different lead form?
And how would you optimise from this point? Kill Ad set 1. and focus on Ad set 2. + Ad set 3. etc.
