Are you selling information or are you actually serving people?
Because here's the deal... These are two COMPLETELY different business models. Different systems. Different goals. Different teams. Different ads. Hell, they even have different growth rates, different challenges, and different benefits. Information is WAY more scalable... But it's also WAY harder to sell. Service isn't as scalable... But it's WAY easier to sell. Now look - your services CAN have an information component. But if you're a coach? Don't forget your actual JOB is to serve people. Don't worry about scaling... Focus on serving. Get so damn good at your craft that you attract the BEST clients. Get so good you can charge premium prices. Get so good you literally CHANGE LIVES. Here's what's gonna happen: Coaches who have a SYSTEM... A METHOD... A MECHANISM for helping their clients win... Those coaches are gonna THRIVE in the AI world. Why? Because they can use AI to help implement their unique system... And their clients can actually get DELIVERABLES. But coaches who are just selling promises and information? Who can't deliver actual RESULTS? They're getting wiped out by AI. Fast. So here's what I want you to remember: Your role is to serve. To inspire. To create. To connect. To COACH. Not to be some influencer or info peddler. That's it.

Interesting you bring this up. AI is not fully prepared to take on frameworks entirely but yes, the ultimate idea is to scale. Until you can clone your consciousness, certain things will always have to be done by you but teaching the frameworks behind what you already have proof that works you could sell to other coaches and license your system. There's a lot of ways to do this ethically that don't require handing your baby over to AI completely of course. I'm actually working on some stuff like this because I'm getting results but it's a lot of high touch intense work that I'm doing that I can't scale past a few clients at a time, so I've definitely started looking into this, but have to adjust the program itself to be more self guided in order to safeguard personal information, respect clients autonomy and empower them to solve their problems instead of me doing it for them or having to hold their hand which requires some fine-tuning. I also work in the mental health world, so I've got to be very careful how I scale I do not want to end up like Jesus GPT or BetterHelp AI 👀

@Grant Hepworth NICE! Your work sounds super interesting. Was it for you to build your AI constraints? I'm in an adjacent mental health field. I just finished my AI constraints and protocols for a community based container, but testing and launching early next year. I'm definitely gonna have to do this in a community to need the AI assistance to help the most amount of people who are locked in and proactive. Going from one on one to something like this is exciting!
Day 3 - I Did The Thing!
So here it is. I'd record it 10 more times just to make it perfect, but I'll let it go and accept it as good enough. I'd expect nothing less of anyone else, so why not apply that same acceptance and grace to myself. I welcome all feedback!

talking Heads videos are always tricky, especially when you're starting out and you're not used to being in front of the camera. It can make you a little nervous. I use a picture of someone's face right above where my lens is as a way to look through the camera at whoever is on the other side of the video watching it. Don't be afraid to experiment with camera angles as you continue doing "talking head" videos and if you can get a ring light or a light that shines directly on you from the angle that the camera is facing you so that everyone can see your micro-expressions more easily (making it easier for them to resonate with you on an emotional level). "humanizing the lens" will make this much more enjoyable and make it easier to communicate your idea flow.
Gem - Revamped Skool about page for Ad Challenge
I've updated my Skool about page! I didn't change my videos or diagrams, only the copy and added my pyramid diagram. Thanks @Dan Harrison for all that you have taught me over the years (since AVOCADO!). Feedback is good! https://www.skool.com/alhhacademybasics/about

I will make a note to check out your page. I'm dropping a comment as an anchor for myself right now. Neurodivergent in catching up on life, but I definitely want to support you!
What are people thanking you for most often?
Sometimes we overlook or brush off the acknowledgements, praise and thank-you. But welcoming these accolades in can help you narrow your personal brand story and enhance your visibility with audiences that need your strengths, expertise and chutzpah. Let's all drop in the comments, one thing you are thanked most often from friends, family, & clients. Mine is in the comments.

My grandmother appreciates everything that I do for her and that she wouldn't know where she would be without me, but I do it out of love and I'm glad that she's still here with me (mentally as well as physically because she's battling dementia) I dedicated a good chunk of this year to experimenting with different ways to bring her back after she had a brain injury in a fall worked really hard with her doctors so just her being present and only having extremely short-term memory compared to forgetting who I was at a point before I started really dialing in techniques that worked... I haven't had my coffee yet, so I'm probably rambling, lol. My coaching clients seem to appreciate how quick I am on my feet in session and the solutions that I come up with they would've never imagined that seem to hit multiple interests/aspect of their personalities or their aspirations. I also get acknowledged for asking really good question. Sometimes ones they have to dig deep for to find the answers to. One of my clients usually respond to texts with "wow" 🤣 so I take that as a compliment. My YouTube channel where I'm giving away value in order to share with as many people as possible that take my information and run with it. I get a lot of appreciation for no fluff, comprehensive explanation with example and how to integrate the skills in a practical way. This was a really good post because most of the time I get my joy and energy from seeing the wins that everyone is because of the collaborative work that I do with them. Unusual in a hurry from one victory to the neck that I don't really think this time to enjoy and savor the results

Gym and Church every weekend plus anything fun that's on the agenda. Last night was a symphony concert outdoors - such beautiful weather! Sometimes I spend a few hours on the weekend getting all of my weekly catch-up done or getting ahead of the weekly processes for the new coaching program, I'm beta-testing (creating 20 minute hypnotic journeys every other week to share with my three test clients plus sending out their weekly implementation guides, micro practices, challenge exercises, and in the final week of each phase integration practices, a progress assessment and feedback to improve their experience going into the next phase). I have months of YouTube content planned out and scripted for the most part, so my weekly focus is on recording editing and putting visuals together for the videos plus maintaining my weekly coaching sessions and building up my social selling skills in anticipation for the launch! I like your plans and have to say I'm impressed with the dance class to swim lessons tight scheduling. That takes skill!
