Comfortable
I took a sales call yesterday and the guy was unqualified financially but after watching Nicks videos and honing in on what he’s told us to do, I felt sooooo comfortable taking that call. More comfortable than I’ve ever felt.

Happy September everyone! I know I sound like a broken record this month, but I wanted to remind you guys that as we step into a new month AWARENESS is the most important thing a sales rep can have. Awareness of the good and the bad. Each and every month, I start out with my monthly reflection. I'm going to put the link to it below as I urge you guys to do the same. The point of this is to have a clear understanding of what went well last month and where you slipped up. Be BRUTALLY honest with yourselves.. it's the only way to grow. In addition to being honest with how last month was, set the intention for September. This is the boring work that pays. Nick, I'm just starting to put my offer together so haven't got any stats to drop at the moment but this background stuff is pure Gold... on how to improve in HTS and keep our heads in the right space... I personally think in sales having your head in the right space is WAY MORE IMPORTANT ...than even the work tracks... All the best...
