Day 63 - It will come, Never Quit.
Day 63 - 10.19.2025 ⚔️ Main Themes of Pursuit (consistency in Journal for me) 1. Do More by Doing Less (Simplify and Hire People) 2. Become a Lion (Schedule, Firmness, Fortitude) 3. Stop Adding and take the Risk of Multiplying 💪🏼 Pillar 1 - Fitness and Fuel Workout - 830AM (45 min) hike, 630PM (45 min) 52 min plate carrier walk, 860 move cal today Drink - 3.5 liters Eat - Clean. Protein - approx. 100g (175g or more objective) Sleep - 8 hr last night 📖 Pillar 2 - Mindset and Discipline Daily Reflection - A team is better than an individual. Surround yourself with who you want to be. 12 min/wk cold plunge - Really Cold Plunge today in Jason’s back yard. Reading - “The Book on Mental Toughness”, by Andy Frisella. Ive read about all the phases you go through in your first 75 days of 75 Hard. Being on Day 63, I agree with much of whats written, but I also felt like it was not as dauntingly hard as Andy describes. It makes me think that I can do more, which I believe is true. So rather than going to Phase 2, im going to start over on day 76 on day 1 and do it again. Outside Exercise - Yes. Creativity and Thinking - Simplify to Multiply. Keep working here. 💰 Pillar 3 - Business and Income Architecture Firm - NA today. AE - NA today. CG - NA today. Multi-Family Real Estate - NA today. Personal - NA today. 😃 Pillar 4 - Relationships and Leadership Family - Spent the last 2 days with Yvonne in a wonderful place ive never been. We also met some amazing, like-minded people that are going for it too. Today, when we got back home, Autumn went with me on a plate carrier walk and she had soo much to tell me. Lots of hi lights of the day, and I felt like I just zoned in on family like never before today. Faith - Daily reading today, Psalms. Growth Minded People - Going to Jason’s Build the Man Retreat was awesome! It was a great group of growth minded, faith filled, humble people who want to do more than they can think of in this life, not for them selves alone but for others too. This is such a great group of people, and Yvonne and I were blessed to meet and spend a little time with each of them this weekend.

Awesome check in Michael!!! It was an absolute pleasure meeting you and Yvonne this weekend. As well as all the other amazing human beings that attended. It’s honestly really hard to put into words the impact of actually getting to meet with everyone face to face. To build real rapport with each other and do have such quality conversations as we did. Thank you Sir from the bottom of my heart!!❤️ Looking forward to our upcoming conversations helping me lean more into my faith. I truly appreciate you brother!🙏🏻 Also tell Yvonne that both Tabby and I had a great time getting to know you two, great memories made and many more to come my friend.💪🏻🚀

Pillar 3 – Business & Income Dedicate one 2-hour block solely to deep work, phone off, every day. Pillar 4 – Relationships & Leadership - Ask 3 people this week: “How can I support you right now?” — then follow through. Pillar 5 – Lifestyle & Standards - 15-min morning reset: make bed, open curtains, tidy space before leaving

Day 25 9-12-25
55 minute Full Body Power and Strength✅ 30 minute walk✅ 12 pages of reading Missed my water intake and ended up with a crazy bad headache, only got a 1/2 gallon in Win - dinner with my wife at our favorite local Mexican restaurant Struggle - getting my water intake, it’s getting cooler here and I have to be more conscious of drinking my water. Much easier to do when it’s hot out because your body tells you it needs it. Not so much when it’s cool out
Day 25 9-12-25
Day 24 ☑️ In
Back was better today. Not 100% but manageable. Got back to the gym and felt good. Up at 3:45 Devotional 5 am workout, lifting mainly upper body. Normal high protein diet. Eggs, beef, veggies. Not a bad work day but was busy. Didn’t read but the win was working out again. Had taken 2 days off 100% and the 3rd day was only an hour walk but no lifting or anything high intense.
