Here's how to create a happy life doing what you love.
This is the concept of Ikigai, a Japanese philosophy about living a happy life. As a creator we can get caught up in doing the 'thing' we love. Ikigai makes us ask ourselves four fundamental questions, if the answer is no to any of them them, then it's likely you won't be happy unless the fulfilment comes from another place. If they all intersect with a yes you're on to a winning formula. If there is a no then figure out how it becomes a yes. Questions: 1. What You Love - What are the things that you enjoy doing? What gives you that zest and spark in life? 2. What The World Needs - Consider what others need, is there a genuine need for it or a version of what you do? 3. What You Can Be Paid For - This is important to sustain yourself. Can you earn enough, if not can you tweak the offer? 4. Are You Are Good - Are you good at what you do? Like the earlier point, it is useful to consider what you are currently good at, and what you aspire to be good at in the future. We're aiming to help creators achieve all 4 with a massive yes at Future Creatives https://www.skool.com/future-creatives-2766
