💥 So, it happened. I started my free Skool community.
Been on the fence about this for a bit. Decided to pull the trigger anyway. Just launched today so it's a bit bare. Don't bother joining, only cool kids allowed. (That's a bad joke, of course everyone is welcome). https://www.skool.com/havstock-5231/ Are you on the fence starting your community?

New feature: Facebook pixel tracking
Imagine running Facebook and Instagram ads directly to your group with perfect conversion tracking. Imagine if you could retarget people who visit your groups about page. Now you can... Introducing the "Meta pixel tracking" plugin — track page views, membership requests, and purchases. Everything you need to grow your free or paid group with ads. But does the Skool about page actually convert? @Evelyn Weiss has been running FB/IG ads to a well optimized ClickFunnels landing page for years. She tested the same ads to her Skool about page in a true A/B test — her Skool about page beat her custom funnel. (and we haven't even optimized it yet). Need help connecting your Meta pixel? Watch this tutorial video for instructions. Enjoy 🎉

@Dylon Mayne great guy
Affiliate Links?
I'm looking to set up a system where other people link my About Page and get a commission based on the amount of people they refer to my community. I'm pretty sure this isn't a feature that Skool provides, but does anyone know if there are any 3rd party softwares where this works?

@Jim Kadingo Appreciate it man!
Here's how to create a happy life doing what you love.
This is the concept of Ikigai, a Japanese philosophy about living a happy life. As a creator we can get caught up in doing the 'thing' we love. Ikigai makes us ask ourselves four fundamental questions, if the answer is no to any of them them, then it's likely you won't be happy unless the fulfilment comes from another place. If they all intersect with a yes you're on to a winning formula. If there is a no then figure out how it becomes a yes. Questions: 1. What You Love - What are the things that you enjoy doing? What gives you that zest and spark in life? 2. What The World Needs - Consider what others need, is there a genuine need for it or a version of what you do? 3. What You Can Be Paid For - This is important to sustain yourself. Can you earn enough, if not can you tweak the offer? 4. Are You Are Good - Are you good at what you do? Like the earlier point, it is useful to consider what you are currently good at, and what you aspire to be good at in the future. We're aiming to help creators achieve all 4 with a massive yes at Future Creatives https://www.skool.com/future-creatives-2766

@Wesley Yates @Kwesi Johnson It'll be at the beginning of March. I'm launching it with a Creator who mostly has a younger audience though (12-16 year olds). It'll be geared towards helping the younger generation get started with entrepreneurship and self-improvement.
Feedback on courses
Is there a way within the course or otherwise (other than a dm or post) that students can give feedback on the course? Thought I remember seeing that somewhere

I like creating Google Forms and linking them under the video so that people can say what was helpful or what can be improved.
