Silences during the call
So lately, I have been noticing the AI will go silent during the call for 3-5 seconds. This happens with and without a set task. Is anyone else experiencing this? Does anyone have a solution for this yet? This is irritating a lot of clients.

yesterday I had 7-8 demo calls and this was an issues on 2 of the calls. I haven't listened to the recordings yet to see if there was background noise that triggered the silence, but I noticed that it was off.
Orb demo
I'm creating Orbs for custom demo's but the name defaults to Orb and then it won't ask the user their name and update contact details. Is this normal?
Kind of URGENT... Voice AI - saying "Thank you for connecting"
I just created two assistants that aren't reading the prompts. They start by saying "Thank you for connecting" when I ask who they are they talk about being AI generated. But nothing from my prompts?

📢 What should I take a look at?
So, im a bit burnt out -- getting there, have a baby appointment tomorrow and we have to travel for 14+ hours on Thursday. The live chat and ticketing system will always be available. So, I would like to take a bit of time away from a computer screen. BUT before I do so; what is one major area I should look at? With OpenAI dropping new models and reallocating resources, telephony updates and everyone in the tech stack updating so frequently; we have to second-look the tech stack every month or so to make sure everything is running as it should. What should I spend a little time perfecting / adding-to to make your life easier?

Using after hour assistants...
I'm guessing the standard way to use after hour assistants is to have the person forward their phone to the assistant number... Is that correct? Are there other ways to connect other than direct dial? Can they be put into phone systems? Any suggestions are appreciated.
