hi all I left for the 3 1/2 drive with an hour and half to spare and traffic is so pony. Sat nav says 1755 at present. Hopefully I can make sometime up.

Dates for the Misogi
For the StrongDads Wales Misogi to introduce us as warriors to 2026, we need to select dates. Here’s what you need to know. Location: around Pontypridd area Time: it’s an overnight challenge - probably 10pm until 6am, with a meet at 9pm but timings TBC Format: Just a hard, team challenge over arduous terrain, working together to complete the Misogi.
