Dates for the Misogi
For the StrongDads Wales Misogi to introduce us as warriors to 2026, we need to select dates.
Here’s what you need to know.
Location: around Pontypridd area
Time: it’s an overnight challenge - probably 10pm until 6am, with a meet at 9pm but timings TBC
Format: Just a hard, team challenge over arduous terrain, working together to complete the Misogi.
I’m scoping an entry fee to cover challenge T-shirts and medals.
