Set up call transfer tracking
Anyone been able to access or set up the call transfer status for bots? I want to track how many calls are being transferred for some KPIs. Thank you!

Reset the tool a few times, tried three different numbers. AI in loop letting the user know the transfer is taking longer than expected (can be seen in transcript) ** I would put this in a trouble ticket but I am unable to find a support link in the dashboard and searching Skool for FAQ returned no useful queries. **Edit found @Assistable Team for support **2nd edit found https://lifevest.ai/ for ticket submission Thank you!

@Bilal Ahmed @Dylan Nihte I am now having this exact issue. The transfer seems to be initiated but is unable to be completed so the bot just hangs up. I created a new bot, deleted and readded the tag, and then also tried buying a new number. This was working before the Oauth was reset but i do not believe they are connect i am just unsure the problem. I appreciate any help or insight you may have. Thank you!
Operation timed out -- app too busy
I did the OAuth in incognito and It appeared to maybe work. However, when I go into GHL and click on like CreateAssistants GHL menu link to actually access it, it gives me this timeout message "Operation timed out -- app too busy". Is anybody else getting this as well?

Yes i am, the app is running very slow as well.
Transfer Call Tracking
Does anyone know how I could set up tracking so I can see how many calls have been transferred out by the AI bot? I know there is a tag for it but wasn't sure how I could set that up? I would like to see how many calls have been transferred out. Thank you!
Trouble Tracking Reason for Call End and Voicemail Reaching.
I am having some issues with tracking the reason for the call ending. When I listen to some of the recordings it seems the voicemail detention is off slightly. The AI bot thinks that a users voicemail message is the user speaking and marks the call as "contact hung up" instead of "voicemail reached." It would be good if the voicemail detection was triggered based off the beep sound that way it ensures the voicemail is reached. Then we could get more accurate with tracking and also leaving the voicemail.
