I am having some issues with tracking the reason for the call ending. When I listen to some of the recordings it seems the voicemail detention is off slightly. The AI bot thinks that a users voicemail message is the user speaking and marks the call as "contact hung up" instead of "voicemail reached." It would be good if the voicemail detection was triggered based off the beep sound that way it ensures the voicemail is reached. Then we could get more accurate with tracking and also leaving the voicemail.
