What‘s your biggest achievement this week?
Hi warriors! This week has been rough.. I hope yours was smoother. 🙏🏾 My biggest achievement (outside of training) this week was being able to handle one of my online coaching clients frustrations in a manner that led to mutual understanding of the fact that progress is a process, not always linear and also a matter of setting priorities. Video Game + Fitness
I have always wanted to try a 2 week challenge where I only try working out with video games. There are VR games or Dancing Games like DDR and Just Dance that I played a lot as a kid. I also know the Switch has some options there to. I never committed to it as that is a lot of money to purchase it. But it got me thinking. Has anyone tried using video games to get in shape or to help them with their fitness?
