Completed: Strength building day. Deadlifts, rows, lat pull downs, combat training, plus balance and stability work as always. Big session in a big strength week. π§ Mood (1β10) + 1 sentence: 10 out of 10. Day was a bit rough with work but once I step in the gym I switch and it is go time. π Takeaway: Back extensions are money for my lower back. New goal is 100 back extensions every day no matter what. It strengthens and stabilises my back. Also a reminder that you can have a bad day and still flip the switch mentally and show up. π Tomorrow I will: Another strength day focused on lower body. Step ups, squats, calf raises, plus stability and mobility work.
