✅ Completed: Early morning run, around 5–6 km. Followed by boxing, MMA drilling, and kickboxing work. ⚡ Energy (1–10): 9 out of 10. Felt strong and energized after refueling between sessions. 📝 Takeaway: Find the training method that works best for you. When doing pad work, I prefer to dictate the combinations myself. It keeps my mind engaged and helps me develop better fight awareness and decision making. 🔁 Tomorrow I will: Most likely a recovery day. Sauna, rest, and time with family.
