✅ Completed:Client training, then a light back session. ⚡ Energy (1–10):8 out of 10. Felt good and in control. 📝 Takeaway:Slow your reps down. Control the movement, feel every rep, and you’ll get way more out of each exercise.

✅ Completed:20 minutes on the bike, shoulder press, core work, and mobility. ⚡ Energy (1–10):5 out of 10. Not at full capacity, but still got it done. 📝 Takeaway:Show up anyway. On low-energy days, don’t chase a perfect workout. Just being there and moving builds discipline, and that’s what compounds over time. 🔁 Tomorrow I will:Client session, then my own training. Staying consistent.

✅ Completed:Full body workout. Shoulder press, deadlifts, squats, step-ups, and back rows. Also trained a client. ⚡ Energy (1–10):8 out of 10. Strong session even after client work. 📝 Takeaway:Push your clients—but do it smart. The goal is to take them just beyond their comfort zone while keeping form and safety locked in. That’s where real progress (and trust) is built. 🔁 Tomorrow I will:Light run, then pull ups, chin ups, and some strength work.

That’s why you’re seeing the shift. If you keep this mindset and consistency, the transformation you’re chasing isn’t a “maybe”… it’s guaranteed. We’re just getting started. ✅ Completed:Client work, kickboxing, and bodyweight + banded exercises. ⚡ Energy (1–10):8 out of 10. Felt strong and consistent. 📝 Takeaway:Don’t underestimate bodyweight work. It might feel easy at first, but increase the volume and it hits hard. Simple, but effective. 🔁 Tomorrow I will:5K run followed by sparring. Big session ahead.
