Strength building day. Deadlifts, rows, lat pull downs, combat training, plus balance and stability work as always. Big session in a big strength week.

10 out of 10. Day was a bit rough with work but once I step in the gym I switch and it is go time.
📝 Takeaway:
Back extensions are money for my lower back. New goal is 100 back extensions every day no matter what. It strengthens and stabilises my back. Also a reminder that you can have a bad day and still flip the switch mentally and show up.
