Adding tennis balls is a game changer because it trains balance and proprioception while forcing you to stay mentally switched on. Youโ€™re training the body and the brain at the same time. ๐Ÿ” Tomorrow I will:5K run in the morning, then weight training after.

Foot strength and control matter for balance, stability, and movement.
