90 Days of C.O.R.E – Day 49
✅ Completed: Active recovery. Pool session with some light resistance work, plus sauna. Kept it simple and focused on recovery. ⚡ Energy (1–10): 7 out of 10. Feeling the body recover and come back to life. 📝 Takeaway: Find pockets of time to add value to yourself. Whether it’s reading, listening to something, or learning, it all compounds. The more you grow, the more it naturally shows in how you move and carry yourself. 🔁 Tomorrow I will: Continue active recovery. Light movement and preparation to get back into strength training.

90 Days of C.O.R.E – Day 49
Day 6 Hypertrophy x Strength
Today was leg day — technically a Monday workout from my program. One thing I love about BLES is the flexibility. If you miss a workout, you can simply reschedule it and keep your program on track. This morning I knocked out the session I missed on Monday, and it felt great getting it done. I’ve got another workout scheduled for this evening to balance the week out — but starting the day with that leg session set the tone perfectly. 💪 Consistency over perfection
Day 6 Hypertrophy x Strength
90 Days of C.O.R.E – Day 47
✅ Completed: Start of strength week. Deadlifts, belt squats, glute work, hamstring work, and calf raises. ⚡ Energy (1–10): 4 out of 10. Energy was low and fatigue was noticeable. 📝 Takeaway: Listen to your body. Not every week is about pushing harder. Sometimes the smartest move is to pull back, focus on recovery, and let the body reset so progress can continue long term. 🔁 Tomorrow I will: Recovery focused session. Light movement and active recovery while allowing the body to fully recover.
90 Days of C.O.R.E – Day 47
90 Days of C.O.R.E – Day 48
✅ Completed: Active recovery. Light session with pull ups, push ups, and dips. Kept it very simple and low intensity. ⚡ Energy (1–10): 5 out of 10. Still feeling fatigued, using this time to recover and reset. 📝 Takeaway: Recovery matters. Not every day is about pushing hard. Sometimes it’s about doing the minimum effective work and letting your body catch up. Even on low days, just show up and do something light. It adds up. 🔁 Tomorrow I will: Continue recovery week. Light movement, maybe a walk or some calisthenics, nothing heavy. Focus on restoring energy and getting the body right.
