✅ Completed: Early morning run, around 5–6 km. Followed by boxing, MMA drilling, and kickboxing work. ⚡ Energy (1–10): 9 out of 10. Felt strong and energized after refueling between sessions. 📝 Takeaway: Find the training method that works best for you. When doing pad work, I prefer to dictate the combinations myself. It keeps my mind engaged and helps me develop better fight awareness and decision making. 🔁 Tomorrow I will: Most likely a recovery day. Sauna, rest, and time with family. If the body feels good, I might get a light session in.

✅ Completed: Light strength session. Hip thrusts and squats, some bag work, then finished with Pilates to work on core strength and stability. ⚡ Energy (1–10): 8 out of 10. Solid energy and got the work done. 📝 Takeaway: Find the exercises that truly work for you. When you lock in movements that hit the right muscles and give real results, you save time in the gym and your progress speeds up. 🔁 Tomorrow I will: Morning run with the boys. Possibly some light training after depending on how the body feels. Wrapping up strength week before cardio week begins.

✅ Completed: Strength day. Hit multiple PRs today. New PR on my box squat and a 190 kg deadlift. Also got some solid accessory work in. ⚡ Energy (1–10): 10 out of 10. Felt strong, explosive, and locked in. 📝 Takeaway: Show up. Today I almost skipped training for the sauna. But I decided to show up anyway and ended up hitting two PRs. Yesterday I hit another PR too. Sometimes the days you don’t feel like training are the days that move you forward the most. 🔁 Tomorrow I will: Slow it down with a Pilates session and focus on stability and full body movement. No chasing PRs, just quality work.
