More free members vs. Less paid members?
Generaly speaking, if you have multiple high ticket offers inside the community... ...do you think it's better to have more people in a FREE community to buy those offers... ...or less people in a PAID community to buy those offers, but get more recurring?

Can't add event to calendar?
Any idea why the "Add" button stays greyed out and won't let me add an event to the calendar?

@Sid Sahasrabuddhe Well, seems kind of obvious now 🤣 Thanks for your help.
Opening your Free Community Public for SEO adventages, what do you think?
I run two communities on Skool, a Free one, that's for everyone, ... I give away my full course in it, I promote my workshops, people engage, ask questions I also have a Paid Skool Membership Community where people pay for guidance, coaching calls, bonus courses, etc...! But I've seen some Public Skool communities ranking very well on Google, for SEO I came up with an idea to open my Free Skool community to public, so the content would be ranking in Google search But I am a little hesitant that people won't feel like it's private and intimate enough, they wouldn't post, engage, share experiences, ... New people wouldn't even want to join, as they would think: "Ah, it's public anyway" Does anyone here have experience with this? :) Happy to hear your suggestions What's your suggestion, should I open it Public anyway, give it a go, see how it goes? Cuz, it'd be awesome to have Free communities just driving us traffic from outside ... it'd help our growth strategy a lot! What do you think?

I think people forget whether the group was public or private shortly after joining anyway, so that's probably not an issue. And if they don't join but are reading the content and like what they see, they're just as likely to DM for help... or want to join so they can ask questions. So, I'd say the more eyeballs, the better.
Feeback ❓ as a Skool user
If you were in a really good free (or super low cost <$5) community on here, would it make any difference to you if the group was private or public? (Let's assume this is not for an ultra sensitive topic, but a biz group like this for example)

If I believed that anyone could access everything even if they didn't pay, then I'd probably not see the value in paying just for the engagement. Unless I had burning questions I thought the community could answer. Of course, it would depend on how into the topic I was
Public vs private
Even if the group is free why would one want a public group? What are the pros? I guess a public group can be made private and vice versa.

@Jamie Ogilvy Hey James - what's your take on why private is better?
