What’s working right now when saying the full name and email address back to the user to confirm spelling and which model to use ?

For the last couple of weeks I have been facing the same repetitive issue no matter how I edit the prompting, when people are booking or rescheduling especially for the next day it seems like the calendar does not register and that is crazy, keeps on giving ither slots as if the original ones are not available meanwhile they actually are available, and the event of booking actually happens but brings back a bad request. Hey, I'm still finding sometimes that the AI will read the day and date as the 2025 ones, not the 2026 ones. For example: Today is Wednesday 25th but the AI will say it's Tuesday 25th. Anyone found a permanent fix to this? @Jorden Williams @Assistable Ai
