towards the end of my session i felt nauseous in my solar pleaxus , and i felt it alot of the day and felt really off maybe raw , than i got a neck pain on the right side that ive havent felt in forever , it got worse till the night , and now today it is way better nothing there any more

Wow! I am blown away by today's workshop. During the practice, I had a hum in my chest, it was frustration, and the story was "here I am again expanding my knowledge." What I needed was financial security. When this thought hit, my body actually shook. I never would have imagined that was stuck in my chest, and I certainly was not consciously thinking about it. During our breathing, I experienced tears and the aha moment when I realized that the hum in my chest wasn't mine! The story was that of my family. Being able to acknowledge, feel, and release this energy/emotion felt like freedom! ~Thank you
