It's a super day to practice! I got my flow in early this morning so I can go enjoy the festivities later today!

Snow is coming down in Colorado so it's a great day to stay inside and catch up with my practice!

Greetings to all my new chi friends. My name is Anna and I'm from Burley Idaho. I've been part of this community for about a month now and I am loving it I found qi gong on u tube about 6 years ago and have practiced almost every day as part of my self care routine. I don't think I gave self care much thought in my younger years, or maybe I just took it for granted. Turning 50, change of life, [on so many levels.] Anyway, I'm so happy to have found this channel and awesome community. I feel a real up level in my practice.
